Mar. 27th, 2021 12:05 amMany countries still change their clocks twice a year. But scientists have called for an end to the practice, saying it causes disruption to circadian rhythms. And of course, disrupted sleep is associated with many health problems, from stress to strokes.
At this point, it's being argued that the practice is doing more harm than good.
