Vienna's excellent infrastructure, safe streets and good public health service make it the nicest place to live in the world, consulting group Mercer said in a global survey which put Baghdad firmly in last place.

Date: 2011-11-29 11:35 pm (UTC)At the same time I have to wonder if middle sized cities were properly taken into account in this ranking. If it comes to Sweden, Stockholm coming 20th on life quality and 6th on personal safety is a good score..but I feel there are other middle sized towns in Sweden which have higher personal safety and living quality.
It would make sense however if cities had to reach a certain population rate to qualify for the ranking measurements though.
