Panic on the markets

This enormous panic about the "double-dip recession" and the games with the credit ratings downgrading of Portugal and now possibly Italy... it all just doesn't make any sense. It's all in the minds of the investors, and the moment someone whispers some rumor in their ears, they jump into one direction or another. In a way free and interconnected markets have made countries more vulnerable than they used to be.

Probably the same guys that keep trying to convince us the economy is a zero-sum game. (Well sure, when you lot are making it into a zero-sum game.)
