Cholera comes from Zimbabwe

South African health workers are trying to contain a cholera outbreak which began in neighbouring Zimbabwe.
The World Health Organisation says more than 400 Zimbabweans have died from cholera so far and more than 10,000 cases have been reported.
For years Zimbabweans have been entering South Africa to escape their country's economic decline, and now they are fleeing a cholera epidemic.
South African resources are being stretched to the limit as health workers try to contain the disease.
In Musina, 15 minutes drive from the border tents have been set up in the grounds of the local hospital, allowing about 100 patients to be treated at any one time.
South Africa is not turning away anyone who is sick and under the constitution everyone is entitled to medical treatment.
